Measuring and control board for IBM or compatible PC
The installation of this electronic plug-in board upgrades your PC to an universal
measuring calculator and control monitor.
An unlmited number of inductive measuring probes or incremental measuring instruments
collect the dimensional measuring datas of the workpieces. The PC will process all
information and store the data for futher SPC with an existing software or it can be used in
combination with a special production or sorting program.
By individually programmable input and output channels the necessary sorting and correction
signals are transmitted to the appropriate device. All these functions are directly programmable
in the PC.
Definite measuring and control functions can be solved in a simple and direct manner.
Two additional serial RS 232 C input-output connections are provided for interfacing
peripherals or terminals. A separate power supply guarantees the required stability
of the measurements and protects them from supply-net interference.
