The new-generation PRETEC 5000 convinces through out-standing technical data, high stability and precision. In addition, it shows a high measuring velocity together with simple operation. Up-to-date processor technologies and cleverly thought out software make this possible.
This measuring instrument suitable for workshops with its 4 measuring channels as well as the automatically scalable displays convinces through its design and its small space requirement. Thanks to the updated TFT graphic display with background lighting, the reading from a large viewing angle and under bad light conditions is possible without putting any strain to the eyes. The extension box PRETEC 5408 EWB makes it possible to connect up to 12 measuring probes to one instrument. This allows to solve, together with the basis unit, measuring tasks which until today could only be solved by th means of a measuring processor. The measuring release is made over the keyboard or with a control signal. |

The new measuring boxex PRETEC 5808 HE can be used together with the software BRIDGE of PRETEC. Thanks to same, all advatages of a highly updated operation can be used. The flat body requires small space only thanks to its tight dimensions and will therefore comply with the often limited space in th inustry. A small display on the front plate indicates the status of the PRETEC 5808 HE when being connected. The CAN bus represents an up-to-date digital connection system that connects the PRETEC 5808 HE with the PC. With this in the field well-proved interface, outside influences can be exclueded. |

The PRETEC 4000 series has been designed for use on shop floor as an analog/digital (4101/4701) or only digital (4151/4751) readout (4101/4151) for inch or inch-metric (4701/ 4751).
It is compatible with all PRETEC probes and many from other manufacturers (half-bridge). The PRETEC 4000 series is suitable for dual input for inductive gauge heads, air-electronic converters or laser heads for automatic measuring cycle and tool correction, among other applications. The RS-232C output allows to transfer data to a computer, printer or CNC controller. Back up battery guarantee memory to store data for future transfer. The measuring cycles are extremely short, 20/170 measurements per second, thus insuring performant static and dynamic data processing. Menu selection from keyboard is simple to operate. Zero setting with setting master at all points within the measuring range can be settled either from the keyboard or through manual or automatic external signal. Monitoring of tolerance / warning limits are up to 5 signals. |
